When Can I Expect My Shirt to Arrive?

All products are custom made to order, so it can take up to 10 business days to process. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on regular operating days will ship within 5-10 business days after ordering. Shipments are made via USPS and UPS and arrive in approximately 5 business days.

 

Once your order has been delivered, God's Purpose Apparel accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

Who designs your apparel and what material is it made up of?

Since we are a family business, each design is created by us, including our children! We use inspiration from stories from people like you and from the Bible to create our designs. Our shirts are made from different blends of cotton and some of the softest material. To care for your apparel, please wash inside out on delicate with cold water, hang dry or low heat and do not iron.

 

Do you have plus sizes shirts?

Yes, our Women's shirts go from S-4XL and and Men’s shirts go from S-5XL.   

 

What’s your process for custom designs?

Custom designs are specifically for using the God’s Purpose Apparel logo with your idea. After you submit a request using our custom designs webpage, we will contact you, design your product and send it to you. The process can take up to 2 weeks. If you have a request for a custom design not related to God’s Purpose Apparel please submit a request through The Help Office Company webpage, our promotional products business.
